During the Jinggangshan period, the CPC, represented by Mao Zedong, found a revolutionary road suitable for China’s national conditions, opened the prelude to the sinicization of Marxism, and the popularization of Marxism in rural China took a new step. The Party and the Red Army, based on the fact that the majority of the audience in Jinggangshan is farmers, actively reformed, innovated, and explored ways and means of news propaganda. The popularization of Marxism has achieved a shift towards farmers and opened up a new direction for the localization of Marxist communication in China. This dissemination practice has formed a series of characteristics of the Jinggangshan Red News propaganda in terms of dissemination theory, propaganda methods, media means, and dissemination subjects, and achieved tremendous dissemination results. It has sublimated the ideological concepts of the Jinggangshan military and civilians, and laid a solid ideological foundation for the Chinese revolution. The Red Jinggangshan Mountains have become a historic node in the transformation of Marxist mass communication among farmers during the New Democratic Revolution, and a new starting point for the combination of Marxist news theory with the specific news propaganda practice of the Chinese revolution. The practice has proven that this innovative popularization of Marxism has accumulated rich experience for the Party to continue promote the popularization of Marxism in the future and provided important insights for the dissemination of Marxism in the new era.

As the latest achievement of China’s democratic political practice, the whole-process people’s democracy pursues a“people’s orientation”in terms of values, achieves a full chain, all-encompassing and comprehensive coverage of the process, and effectively safeguards the fundamental interests of the people in terms of results, thus achieving an intrinsic fit with the people’s need for a better life. On the one hand, the whole-process people’s democracy provides a strong institutional guarantee for the realization of a better life for the people;on the other hand, the realization of a better life for the people has consolidated the social foundation of the whole process of people’s democracy and formed an organic interaction between the two. In the new era, through the mechanisms of political leadership, institutional provision and social participation, the whole process of people’s democracy keeps enhancing the“people’s character”,“all-round character”and“high-quality character”of the people’s better life. By practicing the concept of“people-centered development”, expanding the space for democratic practice and enhancing the governance effectiveness of democratic institutions, it can truly fulfill the people’s needs for a better life.

Manufacturing servitization is an important direction to realize the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. Based on the measurement of the servitization and openness of China’s manufacturing industry, this paper makes an empirical test on the relationship between the servitization of the manufacturing industry and the international division of labor of the manufacturing industry, as well as the regulatory effect of the opening-up of the service industry by using the data of the microcosmic enterprises. The results show that the servitization of the manufacturing industry is generally conducive to the improvement of the status of international division of labor, and that the opening-up of the service industry can enhance the promotion effect. The heterogeneity analysis reveals that the wholesale and retail servitization, the financial and insurance servitization and the professional science and technology servitization can all significantly improve the status of international division of labor of the manufacturing industry, while the transportation servitization and the information and communication servitization will inhibit the status of international division of labor of the manufacturing industry. The servitization of the manufacturing industry plays the strongest role in the technology-intensive manufacturing industry and the weakest role in the labor-intensive manufacturing industry. In terms of the action mechanism, technology spillover plays an intermediary role in the process of the servitization of the manufacturing industry affecting the status of international division of labor of the manufacturing industry.

Incentivizing companies to take a certain level of risk to promote R&D innovation contributes to the high-quality development of the real economy. Based on the theoretical framework of the local information advantages, this paper takes the establishment of the administrative examination and approval centers as a quasi-natural experiment to systematically investigate the impact of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system on the level of corporate risk taking. The results show that the reform of the approval system can significantly improve the level of enterprise risk taking, and this effect is more significant in the companies with higher degree of information dispersion of investment opportunities. The above research conclusions are still valid after the endogenous and robustness tests. The heterogeneity test reveals that in the samples located in the regions with higher marketization or with lower degree of client concentration, the reform of the administrative approval system has a more significant effect on the improvement of enterprise risk bearing level. The test of the action mechanism reveals that the reform of the administrative approval system has significantly improved the investment flexibility and the market competition degree. From the perspective of risk bearing, the research conclusion has revealed the economic effects brought forward by the reform of the administrative approval system and its inner mechanism, it also has a certain enlightenment to further promote the reform of simplifying administrative procedures and delegating powers to lower levels.

Based on the data of CHARLS (2018) and with the help of the Heckman sample selection model, two-part model, treatment effect model and the causal mediation effect analysis method, this paper systematically investigates the effect, action path and heterogeneity of the integratedmedical and nursing care services in home and community on the elderly medical expenses. The results show that the integrated medical and nursing care services has significant economic performance, that is, promoting the utilization of outpatient services and reducing the probability of hospitalization. For every one unit increase in the integrated medical and nursing care services, the total hospitalization cost is reduced by about 2145 yuan. And there are significant health effects and service substitution effects, mainly through the improvement of the health level of the elderly, improving health care?behavior and medical service utilization behavior, thereby restraining the elderly medical expenditure. At the same time, theintegrated medical and nursing care services at home and in community has a more significant effect on the elderly groups who are living in rural areas, with the age not too old, with poor health, and living with spouses. Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the supply capacity and quality of the integrated medical and nursing care services, strengthen the dynamic health monitoring and behavior management of the service objects, and formulate the incentive mechanism forthe service suppliers and the preferential treatment policy for the demand side by aiming at the rural areas and the vulnerable groups.

Based on the data of China Migrants Dynamic Survey in 2017 and the matching data of 234 prefecture level cities, this paper systematically investigates the impact of urban workers’ medical insurance on the labor supply of migrant workers. The findings show that: (1) to participate in urban workers’ medical insurance will reduce the labor supply time of migrant workers and improve labor efficiency, showing an income effect and a positive labor supply effect. (2) there is obvious differentiation of labor supply effect in urban workers’ medical insurance. For migrant workers who participate inthe way of “unit+individual”, there is mainly an income effect; while for migrant workers who participate in the way of flexible employment status, there is a payment constraint; the urban workers’ medical insurance has a stronger effect on relieving the excessive work of the older generation of migrant workers. (3) the mechanism analysis reveals that health level plays a part of intermediary effect in the impact of urban workers’ medical insurance on the labor supply of migrant workers, while the consumption level plays a masking effect in the impact of urban workers’ medical insurance on the labor supply level of migrant workers.

Rural resilient development is the endogenous driving force for rural revitalization, and rural e-commerce start-ups are one of the main engines for boosting rural revitalization. Therefore, in the context of rural revitalization, this paper explores the mechanism of rural e-commerce start-ups to promote rural resilient development from the perspective of the bottom of pyramid. Based on the four agriculture-related e-commerce start-ups located in underdeveloped regions, this paper adopts the multi-case research approach to analyze the logical relationship and the formation path of how rural e-commerce start-ups and their ecosystems operate on rural resilient development. The findings reveal that, in the first stage, the rural e-commerce start-ups reshape their soft and hard power through capability enhancement and resource constraint breakthrough; in the second stage, they promotethe resilient development of the rural e-commerce entrepreneurship ecosystem by eliminating information asymmetry, apply the innovative business models, and cooperate by dividing their responsibilities, etc.; and in the third stage, they promote the rural resilient development jointly through the three aspects of economics, society and environment. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate the entrepreneurial ability and willingness of the masses at the bottom of the pyramid, guide the entrepreneurial enterprises to participate in rural development activities, provide them with multi-dimensional resource assistance, improve the rural e-commerce entrepreneurship ecosystem, optimize the development path of entrepreneurial enterprises, and practice the concept of connecting, supporting, and helping farmers.

Agricultural brand building is an important means of promoting high-quality agricultural development and an important symbol of agricultural power. The participants in agricultural brand construction are complex, and a clear understanding of their behavioral choices during the construction process can enrich and innovate the theory and practice of Chinese style agricultural brand construction. Based on the evolutionary game theory, this paper analyzes the strategic choices and implementation conditions of local governments, agricultural product producers, and consumers in the construction of agricultural brands, and conducts complex network simulation experiments. The results show that: (1) the tripartite game between local governments, producers, and consumers can evolve to a stable state of government incentives, producer participation, and consumer purchases, and the equilibrium and stability conditions of each entity are closely related to their own cost benefits, the producers’ brand value awareness and the brand stickiness can promote strategic stability; (2) as exogenous factors, local governments and consumers’ choicescan jointly promote the strategic learning of the production entities in the complex networks, in which the exogenous forces act on producer costs and benefits, thereby promoting the evolution and stability of production strategies; (3) driven by the market, the brand premium can promote the successful diffusion of agricultural brand production strategies. Therefore, the ultimate goal of China’s agricultural brand construction should be to become a strong agricultural country, driven by both the government and the market; it should cultivate a mutually beneficial and symbiotic mechanism among the participating entities.

Based on the data from the China Household Income Survey (CHIP2018), this paper constructs a simultaneous equation model to empirically analyze the impact and heterogeneity of livelihood strategies on farmers’ land transfer and non-agricultural employment. The results indicate that livelihood strategies have a significant impact on the joint decision-making of farmers’ land transfer and non-agricultural employment, and that the promoting effect on non-agricultural employment is greater than that on land outflow and than the inhibiting effect on land inflow. The factor allocation decisions of farmers with different livelihood strategy types exhibit the characteristics of heterogeneity, and the mutual influence between land transfer and non-agricultural employment of the agricultural households is not significant. Agricultural part-time households tend to make joint decisions on land inflow and non-agricultural employment, which mutually and significantlyinhibit each other. Thenon-agricultural part time households tend to make joint decisions between land transfer and non-agricultural employment, while non-agricultural employment promote each other with land outflow but inhibit each other with land inflow, both of which have a significant impact. The non farmers tend to make joint decisions between land outflow and non-agricultural employment, both of them promote each other and have a significant impact. Therefore, it is necessary to implement differentiated policy measures and incentive tools based on the types of livelihood strategies for farmers, improve the efficiency of factor resource allocation for farmers and promote the coordinated development of the relationship between human being and land.

Although Marx and Engels did not specifically discuss the topic of patriotism in The Communist Manifesto, they summarized the general outline of patriotism in the text. The connotation of the concept of patriotism in The Communist Manifesto is polysemous and rich, which should be interpreted in multiple dimensions according to the differences of time and space. This is manifested in the following aspects: in the value dimension, it stands on the position of the proletariat and declares that “the workers have no fatherland”; in the time dimension, it criticizes the patriotic ideology of the realistic capitalist countries and affirms the need to maintain the state power of the proletariat in the transitional period; in the space dimension, it opposes national oppression and supports the liberation movement of the oppressed nations; in the transcendental dimension, it calls on proletarians to transcend the boundaries of the nation-state emphasized by patriotism and to realize a broad worldwide union. Now in the new era, China still needs to strengthen patriotic education, reinforce a strong sense of national community, establish a consolidated patriotic united front, and integrate the Marxist view of patriotism with the specific stage of social development in contemporary China.

Building a fund pool through innovative business models in the digital economy era is a common direction for the current practice of financialization of business behavior. The boundary between the physical industry and the financial industry is becoming increasingly blurred, and the capital of the physical industry is formally spreading to the financial field. However, various financial instruments supported by the Internet have broken through the traditional financial regulatory barriers, and the financialization of business operations presents a dual systematic feature. From the perspective of generative logic, the financialization of business behavior is the result of the joint action of factors, such as the financial regulatory system, the innovation in financial models, and the strong investment demand. Allowing it to develop will threaten consumers’ financial security, exacerbate disorderly capital expansion, and strengthen the hollowing out of the economy. Therefore, it is urgent to seek ways to regulate the financialization of business operations from the perspective of the rule of law. The existing regulations have already demonstrated a restrictive orientation towards the financialization of business behaviors, but there is a lack of systematicity in the regulatory system, regulatory objects, regulatory subjects, and other aspects. By expanding the interpretation of “deposits”, the financialization of business operations can be included in the regulatory perspective of Article 11 of the Commercial Bank Law. In order to achieve a balance between strengthening regulation and encouraging innovation, while introducing Article 11 of the Commercial Bank Law, it is necessary to maintain suitable moderation in regulation.

Whether to grant enterprises with data property rights is one of the focus of the current academic debate. Most of the existing studies focus on data empowerment, which is based on the protection of enterprise data rights and interests, but ignore that the value of data should be mainly reflected in the circulation and using. Only by continuously circulating and using, can data realize its increasing value. Whether to grant data property rights to enterprises depends on the needs of data sharing and using. Even so, the argument between the Tragedy of the Commons and the Tragedy of the Anti-commons makes data empowerment once again fall in a dilemma. The key to break the trap lies in questioning closely the contribution of both of them to economic and social development through the problem representations, such as data development, data protection and data circulation. Therefore, it is urgent to remove the barriers to data sharing, promote data access, and maximize the value of data. However, although there are many data access paths under the current law, each has its own defects and cannot meet the needs of economic and social development for large-scale data circulation. A system of data access rights should be established, so as to break the absolute control of enterprises over data, eliminate obstacles to data circulation, and maximize the promotion of data circulation. This can not only be coordinated with the property rights system, but also take into account the protection of enterprise data rights.
