In the face of unprecedented global changes unseen in a century, President Xi Jinping has successively proposed the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative, and the Global Governance Initiative. These “Four Global Initiatives” not only provide systematic strategic support for building a community with a shared future for mankind but also represent important international public goods contributed by China to the world. From the dimensions of material foundation, security barrier, cultural heritage, and order safeguard, the “Four Global Initiatives” address the global challenges humanity faces together, serving as a crucial foundation for building a community with a shared future for mankind. The intrinsic connections among the “Four Global Initiatives” are reflected in: the consistency of goal orientation, jointly serving the lofty goal of promoting global harmony; the complementarity of functional positioning, synergistically forming a systemic solution to overcome global deficits; the progressive nature of structural hierarchy, adhering to the evolutionary law from foundation to framework; and the commonality of spiritual character, consistently upholding the open and inclusive spirit of cooperation. To advance the implementation of the“Four Global Initiatives,”it is essential to strengthen common ideological foundations, focus on key priority issues, improve multilateral coordination mechanisms, and create exemplary leading projects, thereby gathering immense momentum to build a community with a shared future for mankind.

Marx's theory of social form and the new form of human civilization are essentially a dialectical unity of “theoretical foundation and practical innovation”. The theory of social form revolves around the contradictory movement between productive forces and production relations, profoundly revealing the laws of social form evolution and constructing a theoretical logic of “social form transformation -- civilization form transition -- human liberation advancement”. From a dialectical perspective, the theory of social form promotes human liberation through changes in the mode of production, while the new form of human civilization inherits its ultimate pursuit of “comprehensive development of human freedom” and achieves theoretical expansion and practical innovation of human liberation based on the new era. In the face of the comprehensive deepening of the process of human liberation in the new era, the new form of human civilization has achieved triple practical innovation: “theoretical resonance and civilization breakthrough” to solve the complex difficulties of digital and ecological alienation; constructing a systematic system of liberation practice through “deep cultivation of practice and implementation of liberation”; “global empowerment and value manifestation” taking global governance initiatives as the starting point to break the governance pattern of capitalism's “center periphery”. The proposal of a new form of human civilization has enriched the contemporary connotation of Marx's theory of social forms, and provided scientific theoretical support and feasible practical paths for achieving more inclusive and sustainable liberation of all mankind.

As two fundamental modes of human production activities, the integration and interaction of culture and economy constitute the deep logic of civilization evolution. From the proposal of the concept of “cultural economy” to the rise of “humanistic economy” practice in the new era, promoting the integration of culture and economy is the theoretical mainline and practical requirement that runs through this evolutionary process. Marxism's thought on the dialectical relationship between culture and economy, the economic ethics thought in the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and the practice idea of the pioneering areas of Chinese path to modernization are the ideological origins of “the integration and development of culture and economy”. After the proposal of “cultural economy”, the value orientation of comprehensive human development, the interactive logic of cultural economy and economic culture, the coordinated development goals of material civilization and spiritual civilization, and the mechanism of “moistening things silently” constitute the theoretical connotation of “integrated development of culture and economy”. The innovation of the path of “cultural and economic integration development” in the practice of humanistic economy in the new era is mainly reflected in: adhering to the principle of putting people's livelihood first in the value dimension, leading high-quality development with the new development concept in the conceptual dimension, achieving “qualitative transformation” in the mutual promotion of culture and economy in the time dimension, and promoting the inheritance and development of civilization in the “spatial production” in the spatial dimension.

With the continuous advancement of agricultural and rural modernization, farming culture has played an irreplaceable role in enabling rural revitalization. From the perspective of humanistic economics, farming culture can both drive industrial upgrading and expand development space in rural areas, its essence lies in the profound humanistic values embedded within it. Promoting the return to value has profound historical logic, aligns with Marxist theory on the comprehensive development of individuals and the counteraction of culture, and serves as a practical response to industrial revitalization and spiritual civilization construction in the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. However, in current practices where culture is expected to empower rural industrial revitalization, there exists a noticeable absence of value orientation. Rural China now face challenges such as the weakening of cultural depth and insufficient momentum for sustainable industrial development, crises in cultural heritage and declining social cohesion, as well as the neglect of human agency and hindered comprehensive development. Therefore, it is necessary to start from reshaping cultural value orientation, forming a collaborative mechanism between cultural innovation and industrial development, strengthening spiritual civilization construction, and stimulating farmers' subjectivity, in order to achieve value return under the requirements of humanistic economics and promote agricultural culture to inject lasting power into the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.

Agricultural cultural heritage is a complex system formed through long-term agricultural practices that integrates production, livelihood, ecology, and social culture. The harmonious coexistence of “people, things, and life” is naturally in line with the concept of people-oriented and equal emphasis on material and spiritual values advocated by humanistic economics. Currently, the industrialization development logic that prioritizes efficiency has broken the symbiotic relationship between culture and economy, leading to a “structural mismatch” dilemma and causing heritage sites to fall into a dual crisis of “objectification of protection” and “de-embedding of development”. In view of this, reexamining the revitalization and value realization of agricultural cultural heritage from the perspective of humanistic economics is not only an important pivot for analyzing how pre-modern cultural elements are transformed into modern productivity, but also an inevitable choice to respect the development laws of heritage sites. The key lies in adhering to the value orientation of “human return” as the core, based on the two-way interaction between historical context and economic capital, constructing a resilient mechanism that can withstand risk shocks, and ultimately consolidating the main force through strengthening local cultural identity. Under this logic, to promote the realization of the value of agricultural cultural heritage from the perspective of humanistic economics, it is necessary to take innovative management systems, local discourse reconstruction, emotional capital cultivation, and industrial integration development as paths, fully releasing the inherent humanistic and economic value of agricultural cultural heritage, and providing new impetus for the sustainable development of rural areas.

The core and subject of the independent knowledge system in Chinese management is Chinese management itself—it is not a dependent situational management, but an autonomous paradigm that is not fully compatible with Western management. This incomplete universality is rooted in the structural differences between the two in fundamental value assumptions, problem awareness, and evaluation criteria. The incomplete universality not only ensures the autonomy of Chinese management studies, but also does not deny the possibility of communication, comparison, and reference between each other. The primary prerequisite for building an independent knowledge system of Chinese management is the conscious recognition and common pursuit of the subjectivity of Chinese management by the Chinese management academic community; and its solid foundation lies in forming a Chinese management academic community with a common mission and a conscious drive for theoretical innovation. To construct the independent knowledge system of Chinese management science, we must break through the dependence on the western mainstream concepts accumulated from the middle theory, return to the grand theoretical field, and refine our own core assumptions, meta theory and overall analytical framework from the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the practice of Chinese path to modernization. The proposal and practice of the Chinese management school provide a key breakthrough for the transformation of paradigms, methodologies, and academic communities: It presents a grand autonomous system with tangible results, making the transformation of the community concrete as a gradual process of learning, criticism, dialogue, and recreation around each school.

Digital transformation is the necessary path for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and achieve innovative development. However, in the practice of digital transformation, enterprises often get stuck in a dilemma where the transformation fails to proceed in depth and hardly achieves visible outcomes. Therefore, this study adopts a longitudinal single-case research method, taking Mengniu as the research object, to explore the mechanism and pathway of enterprise digital transformation from the perspective of strategic entrepreneurship. The findings are as follows: First, strategic entrepreneurship is an effective way to drive enterprises digital transformation. Enterprises identify transformation breakthroughs based on opportunity exploitation, guide the direction of resource integration, gradually cultivate specific digital capabilities, and achieve the construction of competitive advantages. Second, continuous opportunity exploitation and competitive advantage construction drive the digital transformation of enterprises following an evolutionary path of “digital breakthrough in core business—digital transformation of the industrial chain—construction of a digital industrial ecosystem.” Third, during the process of digital transformation, the boundaries of opportunities and advantages are constantly expanding, extending from within the enterprise to cross-domain ecological integration and co-creation, driving the digital transformation to evolve from internal collaboration to cross-organizational ecological synergy. To achieve efficient digital transformation, enterprises need to plan the digital transformation path from a strategic perspective, establish an evaluation mechanism for digital transformation, strengthen ecological awareness, and embrace the concept of ecological win-win.

Industry-finance collaboration is a pivotal driver for deepening the financial supply-side structural reform and advancing innovation-driven development. Using the 2016 “Industry-Finance Cooperation Pilot Cities” policy (jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other authorities) as a quasi-natural experiment, this study empirically tests its impact on inter-city collaborative innovation based on the 2008-2023 panel data of 285 prefecture-level and above cities in China. The findings indicate that industrial-financial cooperation policies can significantly enhance inter-city collaborative innovation. The mechanism analysis reveals that pilot policies for the industrial-financial cooperation can promote inter-city collaborative innovation through the “resource supply effect” of alleviating financing constraints and optimizing resource allocation efficiency, as well as the “information friction effect” of reducing transaction costs and strengthening coordination among innovation entities. The heterogeneity analysis confirms that the policy's promotional effect is more pronounced in regions with abundant human capital, high marketization, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Yangtze River Delta, and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Therefore, standardized innovative financial services and regulated innovative financial supply should be established; the sharing of industrial-financial cooperation information platforms should be promoted to reduce transaction costs in industrial-financial coordination; policy-guided funds should be empowered to facilitate the transformation of industrial innovation achievements; and an institutionalized collaborative innovation mechanism should be established to ensure the long-term stable operation of the “industry-financial-innovation” system.

The reshaping of the global economic, security, and governance landscape by artificial intelligence (AI) depends fundamentally on the construction of comprehensive infrastructure. AI infrastructure is manifested at the physical level as domestic infrastructure development and, at the symbolic level, represents a nation's technological powers and governance philosophy on the international stage. At the domestic level, China's AI infrastructure development is structured around the “East Data, West Computing” strategy. Through optimized spatial layout, coordinated resource allocation, and strengthened technological foundations, it plays a significant role in economic transformation, regional balance, technological self-reliance, and the establishment of governance benchmarks, thereby contributing to the formation of strong-nation symbolism. At the international level, China has achieved a triple international effectiveness of “deterrence,” “attraction,” and “regulation” by transforming its AI technological strength into political symbols and promoting the generation of AI infrastructure diplomatic computing power through a three in one practical path. The global strategic implications of AI infrastructure are essentially the transformation of technological power into institutional power. China's AI infrastructure construction has formed a symbolic linkage effect of“trusted international suppliers—legitimacy of construction”, playing the roles of challenger, shaper, and competitor in the international digital order.

The reform of agricultural standard land, as a new model of land transfer, can strengthen the construction of high standard farmland and efficient utilization of farmland. To explore the impact and mechanism of agricultural standard land reform on farmers' green production behavior can clarify the importance of agricultural standard land reform for the development of green agriculture and provide decision-making basis for further improving and promoting the experience of Zhejiang standard land reform. Based on the samples of 344 farmers from four counties (cities) in Zhejiang Province, this paper evaluates the impact of agricultural standard land reform on farmers' green production behavior by using a difference in differences model. Research has found that firstly, the reform of agricultural standard land has significantly increased the adoption rate of green production behavior among farmers. Secondly, the reform of agricultural standard land promotes the adoption of green production technologies by increasing the intensity of digital supervision, enhancing farmers' green awareness, and strengthening their risk tolerance. Thirdly, the reform of agricultural standard land has led to a greater willingness of large-scale households to adopt green production practices compared to small-scale households. Therefore, it is necessary to effectively summarize and promote the experience of standard area reform in advanced regions, promote green production behavior by relying on the “standard land” digital information service and regulatory system; continuously improve green production technology services and policy incentives for “standard land”, enhancing farmers' awareness of green production and their ability to resist risks; develop a “standard land” reform classification management and assessment system tailored to local conditions to guide the agricultural green production behaviors of the farmers.

Farmland transfer rents are an important indicator of the level of development of the farmland transfer market. Based on the survey data from 1,599 farming households in Jiangxi Province, this study empirically analyzes the impact of high-standard farmland construction on agricultural land transfer rents and its underlying mechanisms. The findings reveal that high-standard farmland construction can significantly drive up agricultural land transfer rents, this conclusion holds true even after robustness tests. The mechanism analysis indicates that high-standard farmland construction promotes the rise in agricultural land transfer rents by enhancing farmland quality, improving conditions for mechanization, and increasing grain yields per unit area. The heterogeneity analysis indicates that the construction of high-standard farmland has a more pronounced promotional effect on farmland transfer rents in areas with land consolidation, smaller transfer scales, and non-plain regions. To promote the orderly development of the farmland transfer market and leverage the positive role of high-standard farmland development in ensuring food security, it is necessary to establish a mechanism to prevent excessive increases in farmland transfer rents, optimize the development model of high-standard farmland, and enhance the effectiveness of such development.

Electronic performance monitoring has been widely adopted in corporate management, yet the mechanisms and boundary conditions underlying its impact on employee creativity remain unclear. Based on the self-determination theory, this study constructs a moderated mediation model to examine its impact on employee creativity, and 342 questionnaires are analyzed in two stages. The findings show that: (1) the autonomous motivation plays a positive mediating role between electronic performance monitoring and employee creativity, while the controlled motivation plays a negative mediating role. (2) The promotion focus positively moderates the relationship between electronic performance monitoring and autonomous motivation, while the prevention focus positively moderates the relationship between electronic performance monitoring and controlled motivation. (3) The promotion focus positively moderates the mediating role of autonomous motivation, while the prevention focus positively moderates the mediating role of controlled motivation. This study introduces self-determination theory into organizational monitoring scenario research, constructs a bidirectional mechanism of employee autonomy and controlled motivation, expands the understanding of the role of regulatory focus boundaries, and provides practical inspiration for enterprises to scientifically apply electronic performance monitoring.

Based on the data from the China Geriatric Health Longitudinal Study (CLHLS) from 2005 to 2018, this study applies the baseline trajectory model to identify the trajectory patterns of health decline among elderly people living alone and not living alone in China. The Gompertz risk regression model with Frailty factor is also used to test the impact of different trajectory patterns of health decline groups on the mortality risk of elderly people. The conclusion shows that firstly, the health decline trajectory of elderly people in China presents a low starting point rapid decline pattern, a medium starting point rapid decline pattern, and a high starting point stable decline pattern. Secondly, there is a consistent ranking relationship between the rate of health decline and the risk of death. Elderly people living alone have the highest risk of death in the low starting point rapid decline type. Among them, there are urban-rural differences in the health decline trajectory and mortality risk of elderly people living alone. Thirdly, medical insurance has reduced the mortality risk of elderly people living alone in different health decline trajectories, and the intensity of regulation varies between urban and rural areas. Therefore, the government should focus on building a regional dynamic health monitoring system, track and evaluate the health development trends of the elderly population in real time, deepen the integration and coordination of elderly care services and medical resources, and improve the multi-level medical security system to effectively enhance the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of elderly health services.
