Abstract: Marx's theory of social form and the new form of human civilization are essentially a dialectical unity of “theoretical foundation and practical innovation”. The theory of social form revolves around the contradictory movement between productive forces and production relations, profoundly revealing the laws of social form evolution and constructing a theoretical logic of “social form transformation -- civilization form transition -- human liberation advancement”. From a dialectical perspective, the theory of social form promotes human liberation through changes in the mode of production, while the new form of human civilization inherits its ultimate pursuit of “comprehensive development of human freedom” and achieves theoretical expansion and practical innovation of human liberation based on the new era. In the face of the comprehensive deepening of the process of human liberation in the new era, the new form of human civilization has achieved triple practical innovation: “theoretical resonance and civilization breakthrough” to solve the complex difficulties of digital and ecological alienation; constructing a systematic system of liberation practice through “deep cultivation of practice and implementation of liberation”; “global empowerment and value manifestation” taking global governance initiatives as the starting point to break the governance pattern of capitalism's “center periphery”. The proposal of a new form of human civilization has enriched the contemporary connotation of Marx's theory of social forms, and provided scientific theoretical support and feasible practical paths for achieving more inclusive and sustainable liberation of all mankind.
