Abstract: During the early days after the founding of new China, in the land reform movement at the newly liberated areas, the former Central Soviet Area that experienced the Agrarian Revolution was generally regarded as a typical representative of land scattered areas. The impact of the revolution in the Soviet Area on the land reform at the formal Central Soviet Area after the founding of new China was not only reflected in the relatively decentralized land tenure status, but also in the special community relations and political ecology. The subtle relationships between landowners and farmers during the era of post-Soviet Area and the historic problems of the former Soviet Area cadres presented some characteristics that made the land reform in the soviet Area somewhat different from that in other new areas. These realities are the results of the land reform of the former Central Soviet Area which adopted some special policies as the prerequisite. The revelation of the historical experience of the land reform of the former Central Soviet Area is that the revitalization and development of the former Central Soviet Area should be carried out in the recognition of the social psychology and by seeking support of the state policy. At the same time, it is required to actively explore the modern business model and constantly enhance the economic “blood producing” function.
