On the Multi-Intelligence Development of Innovative Talents in the Context of Cultural Creative Industries

Abstract: The cultural creative industry is a burgeoning strategic industry based on culture and with creativity as its core. The development of China’s cultural creative industry is desperately in need of a large host of talented industrial personnel with reasonable structure and excellent quality. The innovative, compound and professional features of the talents in the cultural creative industry put forward the following special requirements for the multi-intelligence development of the talents: breaking the single-intelligence training model to cultivate compound and innovative talents; changing the standardized ideology to cultivate innovative talents with individuality; reforming the externalized curriculum paradigm to cultivate self-organized innovative talents; and surpassing the closed environment of education to cultivate “cross-border” innovative talents.
