Abstract: The corruption governance system is a subsystem of the national governance system. The modernization of corruption governance system can play an important role of an “immune system” in the modernization of national governance system. It is also an important guarantee to the realization of the modernization of national governance system. The modernization of corruption governance system has such characteristics as being scientific, democratic, legal and international, which are mainly embodied in the modernization of governance concept, the diversification of governance subjects, the objectification of governance objects, the comprehensive goal of governance and the diversification of governance tools. The corruption governance is a systematic project. The modernization of the corruption governance system needs the guidance of values, the core is the modernization of the institutional system, and the key is the modernization of the action system. Through the construction of the value system, the institutional system and the action system, a collaborative, jointly-promoted and modernized corruption governance system can be achieved.
