Abstract: To establish and improve the inspection system is a significant decision made by the Party Central Committee from the strategic height of strengthening the inner-Party supervision, improving the Party’s governing capability and maintaining the Party’s advancement and purity. During the Soviet period, the establishment of the inner-Party inspection system of CPC in Jiangxi is the product to deal with such dilemmas as survival and development, centralization and decentralization, etc., by Chinese Communists. This inspection system was further perfected in the specific practice process, such as unifying will power and consolidating the blood ties with the people, conveying the Party’s line, principles and policies and supervising and inspecting the implementation of such policies, helping to establish or reorganize the Party’s organization, and resolving disputes within the Party and the livelihood issues. The historical experience of the inner-Party inspection system during the Soviet times can play a strong role today in strengthening the inner-Party supervision and establishing closer ties between the Party and masses.
