On Labor Force Issues in Supply-Side Structural Reform: Applications and Development of Marx’s Labor Value Theory

摘要: 劳动力要素是供给侧结构性改革中的一个重要突破口。劳动力价值的特殊决定机制决定了主流经济学的分析范式不能完全解释当前我国的劳动力结构性问题。从马克思劳动力价值理论出发,可以对当前不同种类的劳动力价值构成进行剖析,进而得出结构性问题的实质在于当前劳动力的价值补偿受到制约,致使劳动力扩大再生产无法顺利实现,从而无法充分释放劳动力要素的潜能。在实践上,应当把劳动力价值的提升、补偿与劳动关系构建三方面结合起来,才能得出有效的解决方案。

Abstract: The factor of labor force is a crucial breakthrough in supply-side structural reform. The analytic paradigm of mainstream economics cannot explain the structural problems in China thoroughly due to the special determination mechanism of labor force. Starting from Marx’s labor value theory, the value composition of present different kinds of labor force can be analyzed, thus it can be drawn that the nature of structural problems lies in the constraints on the value compensation of present labor force, which results in unsuccessful realization of expanded labor force reproduction, neither can the potential of the factor of labor force be fully released. Practically, effective solutions cannot be found unless we combine the three aspects: the promotion and compensation of the labor value as well as the construction of labor relations.
