A Research of Internal Influencing Factors on Labor Relations in Small and Medium Private Enterprises: An Empirical Analysis Based on a Questionnaire Survey Conducted in Guangdong Province

Abstract: Through an empirical analysis of the questionnaire survey data and by constructing a multiple regression model of labor relations in the private sector, this paper finds out that the labor relations in private enterprises are influenced and restricted by such factors as relationships between colleagues, labor union organization, sick leave pay, injury leave pay, deduction of wages, working conditions and so on. At this stage, to achieve harmonious, stable and healthy operation of the labor relations in private enterprises, we should make improvements from the following aspects: the work environment, the physical environment, the interpersonal communication environment and the organizational environment.
