Structure Model and Empirical Test of Ecological Growth Capability of Leading Agricultural Enterprises: Taking Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Region as an Example

Abstract: As the important carrier and main body of modern agricultural industrial system, the ecological transformation of the growth mode of the leading agricultural enterprises is of great significance for the development of China’s modern agriculture and ecological agriculture. The key to the successful implementation of ecological development of the leading agricultural enterprises is to have the corresponding ecological growth ability. By constructing the ecological growth capability structure model of the leading agricultural enterprises, and taking the leading agricultural enterprises of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Region as the sample, this paper conducts an empirical research. The result shows that the ecological growth capability of the leading agricultural enterprises is a multi-dimensional capability system, which can be divided into three dimensions, such as the ecological strategic capability, the ecological network capability and the ecological innovation capability. These can be further divided into seven sub-dimensions, such as the ecological strategic insight capability, ecological strategic matching capability, ecological strategic implementation capability, ecological network relationship capability, ecological network resources integrating capability, ecological technology innovation capability and ecological innovation support ability. There are closer correlations between these dimensions.
