摘要: 家族企业组织中存在着人际信任与制度信任两种信任模式,人际信任是以企业权威为核心的非均质性信任模式,制度信任是由正式的制度信任和非正式的制度信任两种信任构成的模式。以荣家企业为中心,研究表明:随着家族企业组织规模的扩大,人际信任的扩展无法与组织的扩展同步,且人际信任没有向制度信任转化或转化失败。无论人际信任与制度信任存在哪一种问题,都会导致家族企业成长的停滞或衰落。此外,在家族企业成长中,信任重心由人际信任向制度信任转变,但制度信任并不能完全代替人际信任,理想的信任模式应该是以制度信任为主的前提下,构建、传承以权威为核心的人际信任。

Abstract: There are two trust models in family business organizations, i.e., interpersonal trust and institutional trust. The interpersonal trust is a trust model of heterogeneity with the authority of the enterprise as the core; the institutional trust is a trust model made up of formal institutional trust and informal institutional trust. Taking Rongs’ companies as the object, this study shows that with the expansion of the size of the family business organization, the extension of interpersonal trust cannot be synchronized with the expansion of the organization, and the interpersonal trust has not transformed into institutional trust or failed to transform. No matter what kind of problems exist in interpersonal trust or institutional trust, it will lead to stagnation during the growth of the family business or even decline. In addition, during the growth of family business, the core of trust shifts from interpersonal trust into institutional trust, but the institutional trust cannot replace the interpersonal trust. The ideal model of trust should be under the premise of institutional trust to construct and preserve the interpersonal trust with authority as the core.
