Abstract: In the face of unprecedented global changes unseen in a century, President Xi Jinping has successively proposed the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative, and the Global Governance Initiative. These “Four Global Initiatives” not only provide systematic strategic support for building a community with a shared future for mankind but also represent important international public goods contributed by China to the world. From the dimensions of material foundation, security barrier, cultural heritage, and order safeguard, the “Four Global Initiatives” address the global challenges humanity faces together, serving as a crucial foundation for building a community with a shared future for mankind. The intrinsic connections among the “Four Global Initiatives” are reflected in: the consistency of goal orientation, jointly serving the lofty goal of promoting global harmony; the complementarity of functional positioning, synergistically forming a systemic solution to overcome global deficits; the progressive nature of structural hierarchy, adhering to the evolutionary law from foundation to framework; and the commonality of spiritual character, consistently upholding the open and inclusive spirit of cooperation. To advance the implementation of the“Four Global Initiatives,”it is essential to strengthen common ideological foundations, focus on key priority issues, improve multilateral coordination mechanisms, and create exemplary leading projects, thereby gathering immense momentum to build a community with a shared future for mankind.
