从独白走向对话:思想政治教育的人本转向

From Monologue to Dialogue: A Humanistic Diversion of the Ideological and Political Education

摘要: 独白式思想政治教育尽管曾经取得了一些可喜成绩,但在新的形势下表现出脱离现实生活、缺乏人性关怀、教育形式单一等人本困境。对话式思想政治教育更加注重教育过程中的“平等性”,更加强调教育过程中的“有效性”,更加强调教育主体间的“互动性”,因此能有效弥补独白式思想政治教育的不足。对话式思想政治教育的意义在于增强思想政治教育话语的双向性、主体性与民主性。从独白走向对话是思想政治教育真正关注人的本质所在。

Abstract: Although the monologue-type of the ideological and political education has achieved some encouraging results, it has exhibited some humanistic dilemma in the new situations, such as being divorced from the real life, lacking of humanistic concern, and having simplified education mode. The dialogue-type of the ideological and political education pays more attention to the “equality” in the educational process, lays more emphasis on the “effectiveness” during the education process, and lays more emphasis on the “interaction” between the educational subjects; therefore, it can effectively make up the deficiency of the monologue-type of ideological and political education. The significance of the dialogue-type lies in the reinforcement of the bi-directional, subjective and democratic discourse of the ideological and political education. To change from monologue to dialogue is the only choice of the ideological and political education that really cares about the human nature.
