Abstract: As a complex social system engineering, it is necessary to adhere to a systematic concept in order to improve the comprehensive and strict governance system of the Party, adhere to the perspective of universal connection, comprehensive system, and development and change, and grasp the development direction of the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party system in the internal relationship between the system and the environment, between the parallel systems, and between systems and elements. Based on the relationship between the system and the environment, a sound comprehensive and strict governance system for the Party should adapt to the profound changes in the world, national conditions, and Party situation, and clarify the era coordinates and development direction of the comprehensive and strict governance system for the Party. Based on the relationship between the parallel systems, in order to improve the comprehensive strict governance of the Party, it is necessary to continuously enhance the coupling and synergy between the “Four Comprehensives” strategic layout, the Party’s leadership system, and the Party’s self revolutionary institutional norms. Based on the relationship between systems and elements, in order to improve the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party system, it is necessary to optimize its content elements as a whole by improving the five major systems of organization, education, supervision, system, and responsibility. In short, it is necessary to comprehensively grasp the dynamic development of the environment, structure, and functions of the comprehensive strict governance of the Party system and make timely adjustments, continuously enhancing the vitality and institutional resilience of the comprehensive strict governance of the Party system.
